Cancellation Policy
All payments made for coaching sessions, packages, or programs are non-refundable. By purchasing or enrolling, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions. Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions as agreed upon. Missed sessions will not be credited toward future appointments or substituted for additional services. This policy ensures the integrity of scheduling commitments and the coach’s availability to all clients.
